A:Please send it back,we will resend you within 3 days when we get returned parcel.We will send you new tracking no for resend items .The return shipping charge is for account of buyer .

Q:Why I need to pay additional custom tax for my items?

A:For a customized product, the processing time about 7-15 days, while a normal size can be sent out within 1-3 days after finish the payment . As for the transport time,It will cost 4-7 days via express delivery . China Post needs about 15-35 days (In addition to Brazil, Russia, Chile, Columbia and remote countries).
